Scott Helmet Keeper 2 Plus

The Scott Helmet Keeper 2 Plus is a junior helmet constructed with a PC In-Mold construction. This means that it has an outer shell joined to a shock-absorbing liner. This construction also makes the helmet very lightweight, while still being able to withstand very strong impacts.

This ski helmet has the exact same standard as the brand's corresponding adult models. In addition to this secure construction, the Scott Keeper 2 Plus has a fit system in the form of the JRAS Fit System. This system is specially adapted for juniors.

MIPS technology (stands for Multi Directional Impact Protection System) primarily functions as protection against rotational injuries to the head. It does this by absorbing impact injuries to the head. Helmets without MIPS are designed primarily to provide protection against direct fall injuries.

Since many accidents involve blows from the side, with rotational force against the head, Mips absorbs energy from both direct impacts and impacts from the side. This gives you the best possible protection against rotational injuries.
