About Nitro Scala Boa – Snowboard boots
The Nitro Scala BOA is a comfortable and easy-to-ride pair of snowboard boots for riders who want to progress and enjoy more great days on the mountain. The softer flex also makes the boots agile and forgiving, while still providing good support through turns.
The Scala BOA also works very well for varied all-mountain riding. Therefore, they are equally suitable for cruising on the slopes as for park riding, side hits, and lighter off-piste.
The low outsole also improves board feel and provides closer contact with the snowboard. At the same time, the rough pattern helps create good grip on slippery surfaces and snowy parking lots.
The boots' outer shell also has a tight and compact design that works particularly well with modern quick-entry bindings like FASE, Flow, and Nidecker Supermatic. The result is a smoother feel and better fit in the binding.
The dual BOA lacing system also allows you to adjust the upper and lower parts of the boots separately. This makes it easier to find the right balance between comfort, support, and control throughout the day.
The liner also uses Nitro's fast Re/Lace system, which makes it easy to adjust the fit even out on the slopes. At the same time, the Interlock System helps keep the heel securely in place for better control and less slippage.
The Cloud 3 Liner also naturally molds to the foot during use. The liner can be heat-molded if needed, but for most riders, it feels comfortable right from the start.
The Nitro Scala BOA is suitable for snowboarders from beginner to intermediate level who are looking for a soft and comfortable pair of boots with easy adjustment and good feel from the first ride.
