About Head Oblivion 84 26/27 – Twin-tip skis

The Head Oblivion 84 is made for those who like to explore the entire mountain while being a bit creative on the way. The ski is easy to handle, making it a good choice whether you're cruising on groomed slopes, hanging out in the park, or venturing off-piste.

The generous rocker in the tip provides good maneuverability and allows the ski to easily enter turns. This facilitates both landings in the park and quick pivots on rails. At the same time, the sandwich construction with a wood core provides stability, regardless of whether the surface is hard or soft.

Thanks to its stable construction, the Head Oblivion 84 has excellent edge grip on harder surfaces and also works really well as an all-round ski. This means you can switch between park and piste without the ski losing performance. It also performs brilliantly if you want to take a trip off the slopes.

A strong and scratch-resistant topsheet makes the ski more durable against impacts and crossings, which often happens in the park. Together with ISS, the Independent Suspension System, you also get a calmer feel at higher speeds, as the system helps manage vibrations.

The Head Oblivion 84 is suitable for those who want a reliable and fun twin tip that works for most things, from park to piste and a little beyond.

Who is the Head Oblivion 84 suitable for?

The ski is suitable for intermediate to advanced skiers who want an easy-to-handle twin tip for the entire mountain. It's a good choice if you like to combine park, piste, and a bit of freeriding.

What distinguishes the Oblivion 84 from the Oblivion 94?

The Oblivion 84 has a narrower waist, making it lighter and faster in the park and on the piste. The Oblivion 94 is wider and provides more float in softer snow.

What does the rocker in the tip provide?

The generous rocker allows the ski to easily enter turns and facilitates landings and quick pivots on rails and other features.

How durable is the ski for park riding?
The scratch-resistant topsheet and Tuff-Wall reinforcements make the ski resistant to impacts and crossings, which is common in park riding.

Does the Head Oblivion 84 also work for piste and freeriding?

Yes. The sandwich construction with a wood core provides stability and good edge grip, making the ski a solid choice even outside the park.

Bindings & mounting

When you buy skis and bindings together from us, mounting and adjustment are included at no extra cost. For us to mount the bindings, you need to enter your weight and the boot sole length (BSL) of your ski boots when you order. You will find the boot sole length on the outside of the boot heel, given as three digits followed by mm, for example 315 mm. The bindings are mounted and adjusted before the skis are shipped. If you would rather mount the bindings yourself, we can deliver the skis unmounted.

Care & warranty

To keep your skis performing at their best, we recommend regular waxing and checking the steel edges. Wax the skis when needed and sharpen the edges when they start to get dull or damaged. Wipe the skis dry after use and store them in a dry place. Before longer storage, we recommend cleaning the bases and treating them with a protective layer of wax. The warranty against manufacturing defects applies according to the manufacturer's terms. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by use are not covered by the warranty.

Shipping & returns

We ship your skis directly from our warehouse in Hestra, Sweden. Normal delivery time is 1 to 3 business days for items in stock. You have 30-day returns on unused products. Please note that skis with mounted bindings cannot be returned. Unmounted skis can be returned in accordance with our return policy.
