The Head Faero EXP is a well-equipped ski helmet for those who want comfort, safety, and good ventilation all in one package. The Sphere Fit system with height adjustment allows you to adapt the helmet precisely to the shape of your forehead and nose. This provides a tighter fit and seamless interaction with your ski goggles.
The hybrid shell construction combines the lightness of in-mold technology with the robustness of a hard shell. This means you get a helmet that is lightweight yet durable. The 360° Microshell polycarbonate layer also protects the foam from scratches and dents along the bottom edge of the helmet.
The adjustable ventilation system allows you to open and close the air channels with a simple slider on top. This makes the helmet equally comfortable on cold days and during intense runs when you start to get warm. Thanks to the Tech Lining material, moisture is also effectively wicked away, and since it's removable, it's easy to wash.
The Ionic+ liner uses silver ion technology to actively combat bacteria and eliminate odors. This keeps the helmet fresh longer, even after many days on the mountain. The removable and washable ear pads also make it easy to keep the helmet clean regardless of weather and conditions.
The Head Faero EXP is equipped with a RECCO reflector, making you searchable by professional rescue teams in the event of an avalanche accident. The system reflects signals from rescue detectors and increases the chance of being found quickly. It's a small detail that can make a big difference.
The Fidlock buckle closes automatically and opens easily with one hand by sliding it to the side. The helmet complies with EN 1077:2007 Class B, which is the European standard for ski and snowboard helmets.
